Australijski rynek nieruchomości przeżywa kryzys – krajowy wskaźnik sprzedaży na aukcjach spadł do 57%, najniższego poziomu w tym roku. Rosnące stopy procentowe osłabiają popyt kupujących, a liczba wystawionych nieruchomości osiągnęła poziomy niewidziane od 2021 roku. Agenci nieruchomości wskazują też na wzrost cen w całej gospodarce, powiązany m.in. z konfliktem w Iranie.
