Toronto International Film Festival ogłosiło szczegóły pierwszej edycji TIFF: The Market – siedmiodniowego sektora branżowego zaplanowanego na 10–16 września. Inicjatywa obejmuje laboratoria rozwoju kreatywnego, centrum negocjacji dealów oraz giełdę własności intelektualnej. Celem jest wsparcie projektów filmowych i serialowych na etapie developmentu, finansowania i sprzedaży.
