Poland's KSeF Invoice System Expands in April — Two Key Dates Ahead
From April 1st, Poland's mandatory e-invoicing system KSeF will expand to cover a second, larger group of businesses. The first phase of the rollout drew criticism, partly due to login failures linked to the Profil Zaufany authentication system. The Finance Ministry has taken corrective steps, but two key April dates will be the real test of whether the fixes worked.
Od 1 kwietnia system KSeF obejmie drugą, liczniejszą część firm. Pierwsza faza wdrożenia została odebrana raczej negatywnie, także ze względu na problemy z logowaniem do systemu z użyciem Profilu Zaufanego. Po tej "wpadce" Ministerstwo Finansów zrobiło krok, by sytuacja się nie powtórzyła, ale test będzie za kilka dni. Dwie kwietniowe daty będą newralgiczne pod tym względem.
