Digital Poland Chief: Local Tech Firms Must Get Fair Shot at Public Tenders
Piotr Mieczkowski, managing director of the Digital Poland Foundation, highlights growing Polish awareness of technological sovereignty. He warns, however, that Polish companies still lack a fair chance in many public procurement processes. He calls for a technological "local content" policy to strengthen the domestic digital sector.
