Energy Minister Miłosz Motyka stated that if the president signs the VAT and excise duty reduction today, lower fuel prices should appear at petrol stations as early as the beginning of next week. He described the Polish government's measures as the strongest tool among all European countries in response to the significant rise in fuel prices.
