Supreme Administrative Court Sends Getin Noble Bank Case Back for Review
Poland's Supreme Administrative Court has sent the forced restructuring case of Getin Noble Bank back to the Regional Administrative Court in Warsaw for re-examination. The Warsaw court must reassess whether the Bank Guarantee Fund's decision of September 29, 2022 was lawful. The case concerns one of the largest bank restructurings in Polish history.
Wojewódzki Sąd Administracyjny w Warszawie będzie musiał jeszcze raz ocenić, czy decyzja Bankowego Funduszu Gwarancyjnego z 29 września 2022 r. o przymusowej restrukturyzacji Getin Noble Bank S.A. naruszała prawo.
