The Sejm passed a regulation change on Friday giving the Prime Minister the exclusive right to speak at any moment during parliamentary proceedings. The Speaker of the Sejm can grant speaking rights out of order only to the NIK president and the Presidential Office chief, but not more than once per agenda item. The change creates asymmetry in voice access within parliament.

Tylko premier będzie mógł zabierać głos w dowolnym momencie obrad Sejmu - zakłada znowelizowany w piątek regulamin izby. Marszałek Sejmu będzie mógł udzielić głosu poza kolejnością prezesowi NIK oraz szefowi Kancelarii Prezydenta, ale nie więcej niż raz w danym punkcie posiedzenia.
