Premier Donald Tusk tłumaczył w Sejmie dlaczego rząd właśnie teraz zdecydował się na działania, których celem jest zahamowanie wzrostu cen paliw. Chodzi o tzw. pakiet CPN, przewidujący obniżenie VAT-u i akcyzy na paliwo oraz wprowadzający mechanizm ceny maksymalnej na polskich stacjach benzynowych.
