The Polish Senate passed on Friday, without amendments, two bills amending the excise duty law and the petroleum reserves law, designed to enable lower fuel prices at petrol stations. The package of bills, dubbed "CPN," now goes to the president for signature. This is the final legislative step before the regulations take effect.
