Polish Senate Passes Fuel Price Cap Law, Headed to President for Signature
The Polish Senate passed without amendments a law introducing official maximum prices for petrol and diesel fuel under the "Fuel Prices Lower" package. The legislation was set to be sent to the president for signature on the same day. The law will enter into force one day after its publication in the Journal of Laws.
Senat przyjął bez poprawek ustawę wprowadzającą urzędowe ceny maksymalne na benzynę i olej napędowy. Jeszcze dziś pakiet pod nazwą Ceny Paliw Niżej ma trafić do prezydenta. Celem obu ustaw jest doprowadzenie do obniżki cen paliw na stacjach. Obie ustawy wejdą w życie w dzień po ich ogłoszeniu w Dzienniku Ustaw.
