France Sets Baptism Record: Over 21,000 Adults to Be Baptized on Holy Saturday
More than 21,000 adults are set to be baptized in France on Holy Saturday, according to the French Episcopal Conference, which announced the figures on Friday. The number represents a 20% increase compared to the previous year and sets a new record for adult baptisms in the country. It is the latest in a consecutive series of record-breaking years for adult baptisms in France.
