Amsterdam court bans Grok AI undressing feature in Netherlands, fines up to €100k per breach
An Amsterdam court banned the Grok chatbot feature that allows virtual undressing of people without their consent from operating in the Netherlands. The court ruled that X platform's safeguards are insufficient. Each violation of the ban carries a fine of €100,000.
Sąd w Amsterdamie zakazał oferowania w Holandii funkcji czatbota Grok, która umożliwia wirtualne „rozbieranie” osób bez ich zgody. Według sądu zabezpieczenia zastosowane przez właściciela czatbota platformę X są niewystarczające. Za każde naruszenie zakazu grozi kara w wysokości 100 tys. euro.
