Warsaw Court Rejects Ziobro's Bid to Suspend EAW Proceedings
The Warsaw District Court rejected a request by the defense of former Justice Minister Zbigniew Ziobro to suspend proceedings related to issuing a European Arrest Warrant against him. The case will therefore continue without interruption. The ruling marks another step in the ongoing legal proceedings targeting the former minister.
