Buffett protégé says beating market odds keep declining

Guy Spier, a hedge fund manager and close associate of Warren Buffett, recently closed his firm. Spier keeps a bust of Charlie Munger in his Zurich office but admits that Buffett and Munger's stock-picking strategy no longer works. He says odds of beating the market keep fading.
