President signs law improving miners' pension benefits
President Karol Nawrocki signed seven laws on March 24, including amendments to the pensions and annuities act from the Social Insurance Fund. The new regulations introduce more favorable calculation rules for mining work periods qualifying for early miners' pensions. The change affects workers in the extractive industry.
Prezydent Karol Nawrocki podpisał 24 marca siedem ustaw. Wśród nich jest nowelizacja ustawy o emeryturach i rentach z Funduszu Ubezpieczeń Społecznych. Wprowadza ona korzystniejsze zasady obliczania okresów pracy górniczej, uprawniających do wcześniejszej emerytury górniczej.
