Laws enabling fuel price reductions in Poland were published in the Journal of Laws on Saturday. The new regulations include an excise duty cut and the introduction of maximum retail prices. Savings of up to 1.20 PLN per litre are expected, with the laws taking effect from Sunday.

W sobotę w Dzienniku Ustaw opublikowano ustawy umożliwiające obniżkę cen paliw, co jest niezbędnym warunkiem ich wejścia w życie. Nowe przepisy pozwolą na ograniczenie wzrostu cen m.in. przez obniżkę akcyzy na paliwo i wprowadzenie ceny maksymalnej. Oba akty prawne wejdą w życie z dniem następującym po dniu ogłoszenia, czyli od niedzieli. Obniżki mają sięgnąć 1,2 zł na litrze.
