76% of Poles Want to Buy Food Directly From Farmers
A survey commissioned by the Food Strategy Institute Grunt found that 76% of Poles want to buy food directly from farmers, while 78% are willing to pay more for higher-quality products. Taste, freshness and local origin are increasingly important factors in food purchasing decisions. The results point to a growing interest among Poles in local and premium food products.
