Interpol Arrests Over 1,000 in Global Human Trafficking Crackdown
Interpol carried out a major global crackdown on human trafficking, resulting in more than 1,000 arrests. A total of 2,070 victims or potential victims were identified, the vast majority of them women trafficked for sexual exploitation. The operation spanned multiple countries and represents one of Interpol's largest anti-trafficking actions.
