Harvard Study: MIND Diet Protects the Brain Better Than Mediterranean Diet
Researchers at Harvard University found that the MIND diet — combining elements of the Mediterranean and DASH diets — may offer even better protection of cognitive function than the Mediterranean diet alone. The MIND diet emphasises leafy greens, berries, nuts, fish and whole grains, while limiting red meat and sweets. The study also suggests it slows ageing processes and lowers blood pressure.
