WSJ: US–Europe relations are a loveless marriage, but no divorce in sight
The Wall Street Journal described transatlantic relations as a "loveless marriage" kept alive by key players on both sides. The paper stressed that neither side has filed for "divorce," and that unravelling the deep political, economic and military ties would be an enormous undertaking. Tensions between Washington and European capitals nonetheless remain significant.
