Hadjar starts Belgian GP from the back after exceeding power unit components limit

Isack Hadjar of Red Bull Racing has been given a back-of-the-grid penalty for Sunday's Belgian Grand Prix at Spa-Francorchamps. The penalty was imposed after he exceeded the permitted number of power unit components. Starting from last place drastically reduces his chances of a strong result in the race.
