Hull KR's Mikey Lewis banned four games for headbutt

Hull KR's Mikey Lewis has been handed a four-game ban following a late tackle and a headbutt during Saturday's 34-12 defeat against Warrington Wolves. The rugby league disciplinary panel found him guilty of both offences. Lewis will miss Hull KR's next four fixtures.
