Hines sells Warsaw's Sky Office Center to private Polish investor

Real estate firm Hines has sold the class-A Sky Office Center at ul. Rzymowskiego 31 in Warsaw to a private Polish investor. The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. The transaction is the latest in a series of commercial real estate deals on the Warsaw market in 2025.
