AI Lab Employees Urge US Government to Regulate Frontier AI Development
Employees from OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Meta, Microsoft, Mistral, Thinking Machines and other top AI labs have co-signed a statement urging the US government to act on frontier AI development. They are calling for either a slowdown in development or a significant acceleration of globally coordinated governance.
