Ellison threatens to move Paramount out of California by October over antitrust fight

David Ellison has threatened to begin relocating Paramount out of California as soon as October 1 unless state attorneys general agree to settle the antitrust lawsuit filed by 12 states seeking to block the Paramount–Warner Bros. Discovery merger. The move appears designed to gain leverage over California's attorney general in ongoing negotiations. Ellison has signalled he wants a swift resolution to the case.
