Solar eclipse approaching — Poland's grid operator says country is well prepared

European electricity grid operators have been preparing for months for an upcoming solar eclipse that will temporarily reduce photovoltaic energy output. PSE spokesman Maciej Wapiński told PAP that Poland's drop in solar output will be minor due to low solar generation during the eclipse. Poland's grid is described as well prepared for the event.
