Russian strikes on Kherson and Zaporizhzhia kill at least 3, wound over 20

At least three people were killed and more than 20 wounded in Russian strikes on Ukraine over the past 24 hours. Casualties and damage were reported across the Kherson, Zaporizhzhia and Odesa regions.
