Zelensky: Russia preparing mobilisation after September parliamentary elections

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said on Tuesday that internal Russian documents indicate preparations for a new mobilisation to follow September's parliamentary elections. The number of soldiers to be called up could reach several hundred thousand. Zelensky urged the international community to take note of the intelligence.
