Colombia quake partially collapses Cali university hospital, patients evacuated

A magnitude-7.4 earthquake partially collapsed the Hospital Universitario del Valle in Cali, Colombia. Patients were evacuated outside as rescuers searched the rubble for hundreds feared trapped inside. Video captured the moment part of the hospital structure gave way during the powerful quake.
