Health data of 19 million Poles leaked from MyDr platform

A cyberattack on the MyDr health platform may have exposed the medical data of up to 19 million Polish citizens — more than every second person in the country. Minister of Digitalisation Krzysztof Gawkowski announced that perpetrators will be prosecuted and that a tool will be made available for citizens to check whether their data was compromised. The leaked information is considered especially sensitive as it concerns health records.
