Pakistan: troops kill 10 militants in Balochistan, car bomb kills 3 civilians

Pakistani security forces clashed with militants in the insurgency-hit southwestern province of Balochistan, killing 10 insurgents. In a separate incident, a car bomb killed three civilians. Balochistan has long been the site of conflict between government forces and separatist and Islamist armed groups.
