Lunar Station uses 60 years of NASA moon data to plan commercial resource extraction

Lunar Station Corp. is using decades of NASA lunar data in computer models to help commercial clients identify the best locations for landing and resource extraction on the Moon. The Moon holds resources including water and minerals such as iron and titanium, but extracting them requires specialised equipment. CEO Blair DeWitt said the company draws on 60 years of NASA data to map environmental conditions across the lunar surface.
