Szymański wins bronze at European Championships in 110m hurdles in Birmingham

Jakub Szymański won a bronze medal at the European Athletics Championships in Birmingham in the 110 metres hurdles. The Pole led for much of the final but dropped two places in the closing stages to finish third. It is a notable success for Polish athletics at the championships.
