Venezuela talks yield deal on judicial reform and frozen reserves at Bank of England
Venezuela's interim government and opposition concluded their first round of talks with agreements to reform the Supreme Tribunal of Justice and seek access to the country's frozen reserves held at the Bank of England. The funds are intended to finance recovery from the devastating earthquakes that struck in June. Both sides agreed to continue negotiations.
