Polish restaurant sector tops 100,000 outlets for first time, food trucks booming

The number of food service outlets in Poland has surpassed 100,000 for the first time, according to data cited by Rzeczpospolita. Around 3,000 new establishments opened in the first half of this year alone. The food truck segment is among the fastest-growing areas of the sector.
