Polish MiG-29 lands without brakes at Malbork — tyres blown, pilot safe

During a training flight by a pair of Polish MiG-29 fighters over Malbork, one aircraft suffered a brake failure, and two tyres were damaged upon landing. The Operational Command of the Armed Forces told TVN24 that despite the malfunction the plane landed normally and no one was injured. The cause of the failure is being investigated.
