Poland to buy more F-35 fighters; deputy defence minister says billions more to be spent in US

Deputy Defence Minister Cezary Tomczyk confirmed on Tok FM radio that Poland plans to purchase additional F-35 fighter jets, calling them the best in the world. Poland has already spent tens of billions of dollars on arms in the US, and will spend at least as much again in the coming years. Tomczyk said this makes Poland a strategic partner of the United States.
