LA Lakers sold for over $12bn to Josh Kushner and Bob Iger

The Los Angeles Lakers have been sold for over $12 billion. The buyers include Josh Kushner — brother of Donald Trump's son-in-law — and former Disney CEO Bob Iger. In a joint statement, the new owners said they were "deeply honoured to become stewards" of the legendary franchise.
