NASA mistakenly labelled Crimea as Russian territory during eclipse broadcast
During Wednesday's solar eclipse broadcast, NASA displayed a map that incorrectly labelled Crimea as Russian territory, drawing immediate criticism from Ukrainian media. Russia also reacted, objecting to NASA's labelling of the Donetsk, Kherson, Luhansk and Zaporizhzhia oblasts as Ukrainian territory. The cartographic slip sparked diplomatic complaints from both sides.
