Tesla ends three-year Sweden labour dispute by buying out striking workers
Swedish trade union IF Metall announced the end of a nearly three-year labour dispute with Tesla in Sweden. The company did not sign a collective bargaining agreement but instead offered striking workers attractive severance packages — a move the union describes as a "buyout". The financial terms were not disclosed.
