Poland raises income limit for unregistered side businesses in 2026

Poland has raised the income thresholds from 2026 that allow individuals to earn money from small side businesses without formally registering a company. The change makes it easier to supplement income through minor commercial activity. However, tax reporting obligations to the tax authority still apply once earnings exceed the set limit.
