EU greenhouse gas emissions rose in Q1, driven by energy sector

EU greenhouse gas emissions rose by 0.3% year-on-year in the first quarter, according to Eurostat. The energy sector was identified as the main driver of the increase. The uptick reverses the previous downward trend in EU emissions.
