Poland launches tax-free investment accounts with up to 100,000 PLN limit

Poland is introducing a new type of account — the Personal Investment Account (OKI) — allowing individuals to invest up to 100,000 PLN (€23,200) free of capital gains tax. The government hopes the scheme will encourage long-term saving and channel billions of zloty into the domestic financial market. The new regulations come into force on 1 January 2027.
