Energy minister refuses JSW's claim for refund of solidarity levy overpayment

Poland's energy minister issued a final administrative decision rejecting Jastrzębska Spółka Węglowa's (JSW) request for recognition and reimbursement of an overpayment of the solidarity levy. The minister ruled the claim unfounded. JSW's board announced it intends to pursue all available legal remedies and will challenge the decision.
