Beach volleyball Europeans in Stare Jabłonki: Swedes and French lead as quarter-finals take shape

Eight pairs remain in contention at the European Beach Volleyball Championships in Stare Jabłonki. Sweden and France lead the way, each putting two pairs through to the quarter-finals. An experienced Dutch world champion has been eliminated, while the large Latvian contingent of fans was left disappointed.
