Eurovision plans voting rule changes and bans hosting in armed conflict zones

Eurovision organisers are planning to change voting rules to curb tactical voting, according to reports from the BBC and Sweden's Aftonbladet. The contest also announced that countries in "armed conflict" zones will be barred from hosting the competition. The changes are set to take effect from the 2027 edition of the contest.
