Stolen Picasso recovered from thief's rubbish-strewn flat

Police have recovered a stolen Picasso painting discovered hanging on the wall of a suspect's flat, while the floor was covered in piles of rubbish. The thieves have been arrested. The recovery ends what appears to have been a successful but short-lived art heist.
