OUN founder Konovalets exhumed in Netherlands, to be reburied in Kyiv

The remains of Yevhen Konovalets, the first leader of the Organisation of Ukrainian Nationalists (OUN), have been exhumed in the Netherlands and brought to Kyiv. His coffin is lying in state at the Patriarchal Cathedral of the Resurrection of Christ. Konovalets, who was assassinated by a Soviet agent in 1938, will be reburied at the National Military Cemetery near Kyiv.
