Lech Poznań's Ishak injured against KI Klaksvik, forced off at half-time

Mikael Ishak suffered an injury late in the first half of Lech Poznań's away match against KI Klaksvik in the Faroe Islands. The Swedish forward tried to play on but was forced off in the 45th minute, replaced by Daniel Hakans. An initial diagnosis was given at the time of the substitution.
