Magnitude 5.0 earthquake strikes Granada, Spain — landslides and power cuts

A magnitude 5.0 earthquake struck the province of Granada in Spain's Andalusia region during the night of 14–15 August. The tremors triggered landslides and caused facades and roofs of buildings to collapse. Power outages were also reported across the affected area.
